Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy: "Fresh pale lemon colour. A soft and generous bouquet, ‘Oncle Vincent’ is made from their own Puligny based Bourgogne vines, all in wood, with 15% new barrel. Tighter structure, this is an oaked chardonnay, but judiciously so, with pure white fruit on the palate and good acidity. Impressively long finish. Tasted: October 2020."
