The Dauvissat domaine has been passed down from father to son for three generations. Robert’s son René is to thank for establishing its highly esteemed reputation. Vincent began working with his father in the 1970s and now fully runs operations. Dauvissat is unquestionably Chablis’ most iconic producer, owning some of its oldest and best vineyards. They practice sustainable farming, hand-harvesting, and all wines age in old barrels.
