Brunello di Montalcino "Riserva Soldera" is made only from grapes from their own plots of Case Basse. Natural fermentation of wine produced in barrels of Slavonian oak without artificial yeasts and without temperature control. Then the wine is aged for up to five years in large Slavonian oak barrels in the new, recently built cellars, under optimal conditions of storage and a few more months in the bottle.
